FEP 2010 install prerequire fails with pending reboot

In SCCM is possible that the WDS-Files for PXE-Boot sometimes after reboot goes wrong in the registration. You can see the pending Files for Reboot in Registry:

HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session Manager, on "PendingFileRenameOperations" Key

Delete this Key and click in the FEP-prerequire-checker back, then go next and run Checker again, now it should be ready for install
