Maybe you fond the following Error Codes in your log file for Tasksequence or App Deployment, dont worry, there should be a solution for you;
– <![LOG[Download request only, ignoring location update]LOG
– Found 0 DPs in subnet, 2 DPs in local site, 0 DPs in remote location
– Failed to verify existance of \\NYC-CFG.practicallaw.com\SMSPXEIMAGES$\SMSPKG\S0100005 (Code 0x80070003)
– !lsDPList.empty(), HRESULT=80040102
– <![LOG[Found 0 DPs in subnet, 0 DPs in local site, 0 DPs in remote location and 0 Multicast DPs]LOG]!><time="16:33:50.758+-120" date="06-18-2013" component="TSPxe" context="" type="1" thread="1296" file="resolvesource.cpp:1972">
or On clients in Softwarecenter stuck on Downloading (0% complete) any application
In this Case You have a problem with your Boundaries, ther is no IIS Problem or something!
But you have to create Boundaries for Config Mgr 12 the right way, there are some Problems with it.
In example, Jason Sandys Post a Blog to discripe Overlapping Boundaries for Site assigenment when you import IP-Subnet Boundaries: http://blog.configmgrftw.com/?p=343 (IP Subnet Boundaries are EVIL)

So my story talks about the Supernetting and the Boundaries:
if you create a IP-Subnet or a IP Adress range, Config Manager can’t talking supernetting, but he can calculate it!
Supernetting means you use IP-Ranges in your environment like this 170.70.1.0/25
Your Client has an IP Adress like: 170.70.1.175 / 255.255.255.128
in a Subnet calculator you can see the range on this Subnet looks like this:
Network: 170.70.1.0/25
Address: 170.70.1.0
Netmask: 255.255.255.128 = 25
Broadcast: 170.70.1.127
HostMin: 170.70.1.1
HostMax: 170.70.1.126
Hosts/Net: 126
NO!!!
That is the correct Subnet:
Network: 170.70.1.128/25
Address: 170.70.1.128
Netmask: 255.255.255.128 = 25
Broadcast: 170.70.1.255
HostMin: 170.70.1.129
HostMax: 170.70.1.254
Hosts/Net: 126
So the Problem; you configure a IP-Subnet Boundary in ConfigMgr like this
So, for the Subnet that my client is in, you can’t use a Subnet from 170.70.1.0/24 that in cludes this bouth Subnet’s, not realy there are two Broadcast Adresses.
This is the right Way, you have to create two of them:
Also for the IP-Adress Range, you have to create two Ranges that the Boundaries are Working
You have to create two seperate Boundaries and add this to one Boundary Group that is easyer to add the DP’s for this Range or the Site Assignment
Test it, that you have acces from yuor clients to the DP, befor you start a Tasksequence or SUP Packages they are more difficult to troubleshot.
When you begin Troubleshooting have first a look to the Client Logs Folder and open the CAS.log there are the most informations about the Errory see on top of this post.
