Download Link http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=42936
Download and install the Preview on your Lab an have look.
The Feature that we spoke here is calling OneGet, here is a official Post about this Module:
Windows Server Blog http://blogs.technet.com/b/windowsserver/archive/2014/04/03/windows-management-framework-v5-preview.aspx
Load the Module with: Import-Module -Name OneGet
The Cmdlet’s are nice. So you can Import or Manage repository’s, at this time is only Chocolatey supported and if you like to connect to another Source like nuget or your Owen isn’t working,
“Add-PackageSource -Location http://www.mydomain.com -Provider MyOwenRep –Force”
have look on this nice description:

To install Config Manager 2012 in a Lab it is simple but it need’s time for install. Have Look here on Rogers Post: http://myitforum.com/cs2/blogs/rzander/archive/2014/07/04/unattended-configmgr2012-setup.aspx
That’s nice so you can Use empty Packages and just a Command on a CM12 Program or use the Application Model for the User Centric Methods
If you need some Application Configuration after the Install “Install-Package” have a Look on this Framework Feature in PoSh v4. Here are the TechNet info’s
