What can we do to prepare for a great start to @teched_europe?
There are a number of Tools available to us! This includes a helpful tool on your phone that you can use to get all information’s you need in your Pocket 
.
Let me share what I’m doing to get ready:
I have my Nokia Lumia Phone and installed the following Apps:
– First of all create a Twitter Account and Download the App http://www.windowsphone.com/de-de/store/app/twitter/0b792c7c-14dc-df11-a844-00237de2db9e and follow the List that is written on the top of This Post.
– “Here” to have Maps from all the areas outside the TechExpo, (download Spain-Cataluña to have it offline) to prepare it I use the “Here”-Website and create my TechEd_Europe 14 Collection http://here.com/ you can sync that easy to your Phone and have that ready
– Here are “thekrew” app to help you find something around TechEd http://www.windowsphone.com/de-de/store/app/the-krewe/c2b4e87b-8e39-4c94-9eb8-8c5ad1849866
– Here are the great Chanal9 App to have the Map of the Expohall and Tweeter Messages ready

In this App you can Sync your Session-schedule that you prepared on the TechEd Site http://teeu2014.eventpoint.com/topic/list just log in select your sessions. After install the app log-in with the same account and the Schedule will sync to your phone.
With these Apps you should be happy to find anything 
Don’t forget to have all your information’s ready for the Flight, transfer to the Hotel and also the Hotel Information’s, and be Shure you have the Mail from TechEd with the Barcode to have a faster Registration when you step in…
